Let me know what you'd like me to draw, as clearly as possible, and which type of commission that would be.

You must provide references for the artwork. In the case of fanart the references must be sourced and official, whenever possible. In the case of original artwork visual references are preferred over long text descriptions; short personality descriptions are also welcome to get a feel of the character, as well as desired pose, expression and preferred outfits and any additional notes you might find fit.

If possible please provide an easy reliable way to contact you online, social media or email, to ensure I can send you WIPs and receive feedback in a timely manner.

You are permitted 2 revisions during the sketching process and 1 revision on the finished artwork. You will be charged $5 for each revision afterwards.

Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

Payment is via PayPal in USD only.

I may reject your commission if I do not feel comfortable or confident with the request.

I may post commissioned artworks on any public sites unless otherwise stated by the commissioner.

All prices listed are starting prices for non-commercial artwork.

If there is a deadline for the artwork, please let me know beforehand.

Once the commission request is approved, I'll send you the total price and get your PayPal address to send an invoice. The sketching process will start after I received 50% of the payment.

I will send you the sketch for feedback and approval, you are permitted 2 revisions during this stage, additional $5 will be charged for each revision afterwards.

After the sketch is confirmed, I will proceed to finish the artwork.

Finished artwork will then be sent to you again for final review, you are permitted 1 minor revision this stage, additional $5 will be charged for each revision afterwards.

After you are satisfied with the final artwork please make the remaining 50% of the payment thru PayPal and I will send you a google drive link with the full resolution JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.

Time required and amount of revisions for each commission differs for different types of commission. Please refer to the commission list.

I retain all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the commissioner.

If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit by tagging me.

You will not claim my artwork as yours and/or make/post edits without my consent.

Post the commission piece on any public sites, use it in banners and other means of promoting myself.

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork to promote themselves

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making profit off it in any way without the license.

Removing my signature from the artwork.

Altering / editing the artwork without my consent. (color changes, tracing, collage, etc.)

Refunds can be requested if the sketch has not been started.

Strictly NO Refunds once I have started working on it.

If you do get a refund, it won’t be the full 100%, but only a 90% refund because PayPal takes the fee. So, Please think carefully before commissioning.

If I am unable to start/finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
